Greystones Community College has been working towards supporting local charities at the end of what has been a very strange year for us all. Over the past week, all students contributed something to gift wrapped shoeboxes for the children in Bray Women’s refuge. These boxes were assembled and wrapped during SPHE classes. Items included were essentials such as hygiene products, food, items of clothing such as pyjamas, leggings, hats, scarves, gloves and also some small Christmas gifts/toys.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all students and parents/guardians for their immense kindness and generosity in helping support us with this initiative which was organised by Mr Doyle & Ms Buckley with the support of the parent leadership team.
