September 2023 Bunchloch Awards
September was a busy month and 18 students were acknowledged with a special Bunchloch. These are students of the month who have excelled in all areas of school life. The recipients have personified the school’s foundation stones of Respect, Excellence and Pride in all their school endeavours. ‘Bunchloch’ means foundation stone and the winner of this award is considered by the staff of Greystones Community College as a key foundation stone in realising our vision for our school. Every month, all class tutors make a speech to describe how our monthly winners have left no stone unturned. ‘Bunchloch’ award winners represent what is so special about our school and these students are ambassadors for GCC and role models for others as they strive to reach their potential and achieve excellence in all that they do. The September winners who left no stone unturned are:

3rd Year: Katie Farrell, Freya Cox, Neil Suneesh, Lily Shealy Flynn
2nd Year: Anastasiya Lee, Jiaqi Liu, Darragh Redden, Greyson Canning Robinson, Amber Dillon.
1st Year: Lusaí White, Marcy Cash, Hollie Gubbins, Shannon McCormack, Caoimhe Finnerty, Flynn Van Sleeuwen Fingleton.
