Greystones Community College is delighted to partner with Food Excellence, a cashless & pre-ordering catering system for the 2024/2025 school year. This partnership will ensure our students at Greystones Community College will have access to hot meals and various lunch
options. Food Excellence is owned and managed by Ms. Blanaid Kelly, who, along with her team of HACCP registered and experienced personnel, believe passionately in providing high quality food options to our students daily. Food Excellence is a HACCP qualified business that already operates successfully in a number of local establishments including our neighbouring school, Presentation College Bray and St Davids Holy Faith Secondary School, Greystones.
Food Excellence allows you to preorder lunch in advance for your child for up to 6 days. When you log on to https://foodexcellence.ie/ choose Greystones Community College and place your order. You will receive a code to your mobile when your order is confirmed. Lunch will then be ready for collection for lunch time at 12.44 pm. ( Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
If you have a positive balance on your account, present your card to the Food Excellence staff and they will check your balance and advise you on spending your remaining credit.
Registration
- Visit www.foodexcellence.ie and click on login/register. Select 'Create an account'.
- Select location as 'GCC'.
- Select year and class that applies to your child.
Food Offering
Food Excellence are committed to providing a variety of hot dishes, rolls, wraps, salads which are custom made to order in addition to healthy pizza baguettes. Hot meals vary from Chicken Curry to Cheesy Baked Chicken Enchiladas, Spaghetti Bolognese or vegetarian options to
name a few.
