UCD Cyber Security Coding Challenge Winners
Congratulations to the GCC students who emerged as winners in the Capture the Flag coding and cyber security challenge in University College Dublin School of Education last week. Our team of 12 students joined our computer science teacher Ms. Gallagher in sharing their learning as part of their coding and cyber security short course. Students were delighted to meet Minister Ossian Smyth TD and to take part in a range of cyber challenges and code breakers while also getting the chance to experience escape rooms and pick the lock challenges.
We were very proud of all our students who represented the school Dax, Elliot, Sadbh, Maks, Pijus, Finlay, Cahal, Lucas, Marc, Nicolas, Tomasz and Luka. Congratulations to the winning team Dax, Elliot and Sadbh.
